Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026
Elli Health Corp (“elli,” “we,” “us”) operates the elli early-detection platform for primary care clinics (“Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including specific disclosures about SMS/text messaging.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with elli, we may collect:
- Contact information you or your care team provide (name, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth used for identity confirmation).
- Check-in responses and clinical screening data, submitted by patients through a secure, single-use link.
- Consent and communication records — when you opted in, the channel (SMS/email), and message delivery status.
- Standard web/technical data (IP address, browser type) when you visit our website.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from elli (e.g., screening check-in reminders), the following apply to that mobile messaging program:
- No sharing of mobile information for third-party marketing. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are used only to operate the elli messaging program and are shared solely with service providers (e.g., our SMS delivery vendor) strictly to send the messages you requested.
- Message frequency.Message frequency varies by your care team’s check-in schedule; you can expect up to 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received through this program.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at hello@elli.health.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Terms & Conditions for the full SMS program terms.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate the Service: deliver check-ins, score validated screening instruments, notify clinicians of safety signals, maintain the audit trail required for the clinical record, and communicate with you about your account or care team’s outreach. We do not use clinical check-in content for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
How we protect information
Clinical data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per clinic (organization) with database-enforced row-level security, and every access is recorded in an append-only audit log. Patients access check-ins through single-use, short-lived tokens rather than passwords or accounts.
Your choices
You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting your care team or hello@elli.health. Withdrawing consent does not affect the clinical services your care team otherwise provides.
