Terms & Conditions

Effective July 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the elli platform, operated by Elli Health Corp (“elli,” “we,” “us”), including the website, patient check-in flows, and the SMS/text messaging program described below. By using the Service or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service

elli helps primary care clinics run validated mental-health screening check-ins (such as PHQ-2/PHQ-9, GAD-7, and AUDIT-C) with their patients, detect meaningful change over time, and route safety signals to a clinician. Patients access check-ins through a secure, single-use link sent by their care team; elli does not require a patient account or password.

SMS Program Terms

By opting in to elli’s text messaging program, you agree to the following:

  • Program description. Your care team may send you SMS text messages related to your care, such as check-in reminders and links to complete a screening. Messages carry only a brief nudge and a secure link — never clinical content, scores, or results in the message body.
  • Opt-in. You will only receive messages after providing express consent (e.g., during enrollment with your care team), confirmed via a double opt-in text reply.
  • Message frequency.Message frequency varies by your care team’s check-in schedule; you can expect up to 4 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received through this program.
  • Opt-out. Text STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then send no further texts. You may re-enroll by contacting your care team.
  • Help. Text HELP for assistance, or contact hello@elli.health.
  • Supported carriers. Participating carriers include the major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No sharing for third-party marketing. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected through this program are not shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

The Service is intended for use by patients of clinics that have engaged elli, and by clinic staff acting on behalf of those clinics. It is not a substitute for emergency care — if you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
